I haven’t received the item I purchased. What can I do?

Please contact the merchant directly about any problems with your order or an update on the status of your order.  

All cryptocurrency transactions are direct peer-to-peer payments from the buyer to the merchant. This means that once a payment has been sent, GCP API has no way to cancel the transaction or refund on your behalf. As a result, we cannot resolve any purchase disputes because GCP is not a third party to the deal.
