Don't worry, it won't get lost. Checking the status of your transfer is easy - just go to one of the cryptocurrency transaction tracking sites. Select the site that corresponds to the currency of the payment, and provide the address of the recipient you sent the transfer to. You can also include the transaction number (TXID), which can be found in the Transaction History section of the payment details.

If the amount you sent is on that address's transaction list, it's only a matter of time before the funds are received. It usually takes anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. Sometimes it may take longer than usual for the network to process and confirm the transaction. In rare cases, up to several hours, depending on network congestion.
